ARS Billiards is a family owned and operated business. John Sanders first opened his doors in 1975, as a pool table and swimming pool sales and service business, under the name of Arlington Recreation Supply. He prided himself on knowing the pool players and sponsoring Pool Tournaments. He and his wife Carol raised three children while working in the business. When he passed away in 1994, the family decided to continue his legacy, with his children running the company. In 1999, we stopped selling swimming pool products, and focused on pool tables and other game room furniture.  In 2008, the business was incorporated and the name changed to ARS Billiards, Inc., with John Jr becoming the sole owner. He has a vast knowledge of pool tables, having grown up in the business. ARS Billiards not only does sales; we also service pool tables, shuffleboards and do cue repairs. We became a third-generation business four years ago, when John’s son, Ethan, came into the company. He has been a great asset.
