Return/Refund Policy
We offer returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a full refund to the original payment method, less 20% re-stocking fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in still-new condition with no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
- NO SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS will be eligible for returns, unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Pool Tables are non-refundable once delivered and installed.
- Pool Tables can be exchanged for another table priced the same. If there is a price difference, you will either be charged the difference, or given the difference. There will be a labor charge not only for the delivery and installation of the new pool table, but also for tearing down the original table.
To initiate a return or exchange, please provide original receipt, packing list and photos of damaged item (if applicable.) E-mail all of those items to: arsbilliards@msn.com, along with an explanation of why you need to exchange or return the item. Shipping for a return or exchange item will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be the responsibility of ARS Billiards, Inc.

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to credit cards. ARS Billiards, Inc. will run the refund immediately at the time of return, but some banks may take longer than others to refund.
